Terms and Conditions for AI-Based Virtual Assistants

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ROMI's artificial-intelligence virtual assistants. They provide general recommendations and education about chronic health conditions under medical direction and supervision.

By accessing the assistants, the user accepts these terms. The assistants do not replace an in-person medical consultation and do not constitute a diagnosis, specific treatment or formal therapeutic instruction.

1) Scope

The assistants may provide education, reinforce prescribed treatment, prepare users for consultations and collect information for health research and innovation.

• Developers are not responsible for inappropriate use of the information.

2) Registration and accounts

Registration is optional unless a specific service requires an account. Users authorize the secure storage and analysis of their responses according to applicable privacy regulations.

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity performed through their account.

3) Contracting party and contract formation

Any purchase agreement is entered into with Centro de Innovacion y Desarrollo. A purchase is completed only after the selected payment method confirms payment.

4) Contract language

The legally controlling language for the contract is Spanish. This English translation is informational.

5) Digital products

Digital tokens, when offered, are credited to the user's account after successful payment and may only be used within the platform.

6) Conditions of use

Tokens may not be transferred or resold. Aggregated or anonymized information may be shared with health institutions, research centers and strategic partners to develop medical solutions.

7) Expiration and account cancellation

Inactive accounts and unused tokens may be removed after at least six months. Users may delete their account at any time, which permanently removes stored data and acquired tokens.

8) Service changes and termination

ROMI may change or discontinue services. When practical, users will receive advance notice and reasonable efforts will be made to minimize impact.

9) Prices and payment

Prices include applicable taxes and are displayed with each product. Available payment methods are shown during purchase.

10) Warranty and support

Warranties are provided under applicable law. Questions may be submitted through ROMI's official contact channels.

11) Changes to these terms

ROMI may update these terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
